Russian Bear was ours to build from scratch. Starting with nothing but a name, we invented an ultra-premium vodka brand designed to command $95,000 a bottle through brand authority alone — identity, positioning, visual language, packaging, and voice, built from the ground up into a brand the market had never seen before.
"Twenty Years Later. Still Yours." A brand campaign that turns an invisible product and harnesses untapped brand equity to turn two decades of fast food into an emotional love letter to Nigeria. Full art direction, OOH placements, and a social campaign that breaks the internet for months.

A campaign built on the truth that ordering Domino's in Lagos is never just an order. It's a negotiation, a mood, a whole situation. We took that cultural tension and turned it into a full creative and paid media system- new campaign identity, Meta funnel rebuilt from scratch, targeting and retargeting sequences redesigned - and made Domino's Nigeria the brand that finally understood its customer.
"Some things don't need explaining." We built the STANDARD platform — a brand communications strategy and campaign that repositioned Heineken Nigeria from a premium lager to a cultural standard-bearer for the youth. We asked ourselves:
"What would it take to make beer cool again for the younger gen?" Rolled out across Nigeria, the UK diaspora market, and the US.
"Moniepoint is the middle point." Every naira that moves through a Nigerian business passes through somewhere. We built the product marketing strategy and campaign system that made sure everyone knew where that somewhere was — Moniepoint, positioning it not on features, but on the role it plays for its primary customer- the business owner who can't afford a single failed transaction.
Africa is building infrastructure at historic scale, and Ansarada Procure is the only software built for it. We designed the complete go-to-market motion for their pan-African entry — positioning the product through the infrastructure advisory layer, and activating it through Tender, a flagship four-city roadshow across Lagos, Nairobi, Cairo, and Cape Town that puts the product in front of the people who decide what gets built.
